Lunch: gym - TM run - Quick cutdown + 4x Strides: Got up to 11.4mph on the strides. Followed with 1 hour strength and conditioning routine: lots of body wt. squats and lunges, planks, etc. Think I injured my bicep doin something... 2.85 miles in 19:40
