AM: easy 6 miles around the neighborhood - 50:00 100xabs before, 100xabs after Pretty sore today - mornings are a lot worse on the soreness here lately. Another easy 6 tonight, depending on the baby situation. PM: 60 degrees and looks like a storm is brewing moderate 6 miles with 6x 30-45 sec. strides in the last couple miles - 43:51 the soreness went away for PM run. 100xabs, some light legs, stretching and foam rolling
We go in tomorrow at 7am to be induced. Looks like an early morning hill workout is the only hope for run tomorrow :)
