State PArk.&nbsp; Frosty&nbsp; 5miler:&nbsp; WU on trails where race course was - very muddy and wet.&nbsp; Raining during the race.&nbsp; about 30 degrees and pretty miserable if you weren&#39;t running.&nbsp;
