Game time decision to make the drive up to the City from Columbus this morning.&nbsp; There was supposed to be an I-65 hard closure starting Friday night, but, it got delayed due to the rainy weather.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Made it to the start line in time to almost get in position within corrals to not be slowed down by the crowd, but, not quite.&nbsp; Mile 1 was 6:40, and required a bit of effort to weave in and out of the crowd.&nbsp; Actually got settled pretty well in to 6:15-6:25 pace for most of the splits.&nbsp; Encouraging step forward in fitnedss and progress.&nbsp; In my rush, I forgot to wear the watch, and the&nbsp;phone with Strava record app. didn&#39;t work out.&nbsp; It apparently stopped recording somewhere around the Racecar track.&nbsp; I got in another high five at the racetrack finish line from Frank Shorter :)&nbsp;</p> <p>Judging by the folks I finished around, and the percieved effort, a 1:25 was pretty close to accurate for actual finishing time.&nbsp; A long way to go, but, progress to be certain.&nbsp; Would have been nice to see splits in the end - I felt like it was a pretty good effort.&nbsp; Saw some familiar faces, surprisingly.&nbsp; Lisa S., Kevin and Gary, and even Perez.&nbsp;
