AM - Long Run w/ 15 k "race" in the middle. Ran slow 14 miles prior to 15k AT effort, and then ran home roughly 11 miles. 10 minute miles most of the way. 6:30-7 min. for 15k. Feeling pretty rough all morning. Ate 2 clif bars, a turkey sandwich after the race, and some nature valley honey granola bars on the way home. water / light gatorade mix consumed as well. System was not liking much of anything after the 15k effort - pretty miserable.
