My legs were fried for this race - Race number 4 in 12 days - 3 x 5ks, and this one was a long, hilly 10k. Wanted something like 37:30, but pace seemed faster than my legs had in them and the temp was in the low 80s to boot - crash and burn... :)

A month off from races seems totally necessary - thankfully, that's what I have on my schedule.
8 PM bike ride: 12.6 miles over to Mill Race Park and back - thankfully I was not hit by any fireworks :)
