Personal:

400m/800m competitively in track in high school.  Took 15 years off. Started running again in 2010.  Married to my beautiful wife, Tiffany, with 2 little boys, now 4 and 6.  I'm a civil engineer working for the Indiana DOT in Seymour, IN.   I live in a slightly larger town about 20 miles north - Columbus, IN.  Originally from Lexington, KY.

AM - LR outside - big loop around Columbus from the gym.  Went to gym to avoid rain that never came.  Stepped foot in the gym and 2 olde folks decided to step in front of me and take 2 out of 3 of the new TM.  Oh well - made my decision easier.  55-60 degrees and overcast for 2 hours - 14.22miles.  Went in gym to finish up with weights and then planned 16-18 mi.
