400m/800m competitively in track in high school. Took 15 years off. Started running again in 2010. Married to my beautiful wife, Tiffany, with 2 little boys. 6' tall and fluctuate around 150lbs. I'm a civil engineer working for the Indiana DOT in Seymour, IN. I live in a slightly larger town about 20 miles north - Columbus, IN. Originally from Lexington, KY.
AM - easy TM run - 5 mi.-41:40. I actually started out walking on the TM this morning. HAving a bit of trouble getting going in the mornings
PM - lunch run on the TM - 4mi. AT (9mph). 6:40 felt nice and easy aerobically. Some joker hopped on the TM next to me and had no qualms about doing his stretching techniques while walking on TM. I would have been alright with it too if he hadn't bumped me on the head a couple of times. 6mi. total - 42:22.
AM - Long Run in the park. Ran solo for about an hour before everybody got there - hits some trails. About and hour and a half with the group all on roads. Trails were mudfest and I caught my turf toe on another root and returned the pain and suffering from 2 weeks ago, which was fun. 45-50 degrees this morning also.
