TM workout: 3 miles w/ pickups to WU. 5k Fit test: Decent showing - 6:05 for mile 1, and cutdown to 12mph. 5k in 17:50. This is a massive improvement over where I was a month ago.
Went about 3 more miles for an even 10miles on the day
