Really Long run in town. Ran CR 200 to Terrace Lake, up to Ppl Trail on SR 46, Meet up with Columbus Run club and ran their 12 mile course twice. Course consited of 2 lollipops to airport and back to downtown. Tried to stay on grass whenever possible. Probably about 60Grass/40Pvmt. Ran back home. Made 6 stops - 4 for water/fuel, and 2 bathroom breaks. Fuel consisted of Sprots drink, and 2 cliff bars, and 1 GU. That amount of calorie intake seemed to be about right, and sodium, sugar balance seemed about right also.
