PM: track workout - 2 mi. WU w/ strides, 4x1mi. - 5:48, 5:41, 5:40, 5:37 w/ 2:30-3:00 rec. jogs. I was hurting a little bit in the legs throughout the workout. I've been neglecting recovery of some minor pains. Easy next 2 days before trail marathon. Hoorah for the 300+ mile month!
