You are still looking Strong. Now that we are settled in I'm trying to get back to my A game. I noticed that most of both of our PR's on Garmin a year old. :( We are going to have to pick away at those. I signed up for The Road Home Half yesterday. Last year 1:18 won it. That probably means that it tough.

Thanks, man. Glad you are settled - time to reap the benefits of your hard work to get moved down there! Cool that you have that group down there. Yes we def. need to get those! - I have not had the breakthrough I thought I would in 5k after the BG 10k hard training, but, I think its coming. I actually also reg. for a half - This Sunday in Richmond, IN. Good luck in The Road Home - sounds fun!
