Later PM run workout around the fairgrounds. It really cooled off after the storm blew through. Finally, a break from the humidity. Did some strides and jogged overto fairgrounds to WU, then,
4x2mi. HMP and 1mi. 10k with 0.25 mi. rec. jogs: 6:09,6:09 // 6:04, 6:09 // 6:06, 6:10 // 5:59, 6:10, and then 5:52 for the mile. Felt fine aerobically, but, my legs are pretty beat up. Started getting some wierd feeling in my right knee - its getting a kind of numbness feeling near the end of some of these workouts... :( who knows if that even means anything.
