pm1: easy 4mi. around the neighborhood after work. I was pretty tight for about 2 miles. Yikes! - Its 75 degrees and surprising that I felt that bad during the beginning of an easy 30 min. run and yet still started feeling better. I suppose the "shaking out" occurred that I should have attempted this morning. 4mi. - 34:48
