Did a bunch of yard all day today in the rainy stormy awesome spring weather.  Left the house after 3 pm for a long run AT type workout.  Literally decided the workout during the warmup.  8-10 miles cut down in the Aerobic zone.  Wound up with 8 miles AT Building  - cut it down 10 seconds per mile until the effort became non-aerobic.  7:30 down to 6:20.  Sporadic rain throughout the run kept it fun and cooler.  13 miles total - 1:36:26.

The Saucony Iso 2s have about had it - feeling some pain in places I don't in the Hoka's

Not a fan of the Saucony Isos either.

You have the carbonXs or something different?

Got some other alternatives to help switch it up. You have those Carbon X's ? Are they worth the $$ ?

I don't have them. My friend whom I run with swears by them (however he is a Hoka guy). He's at 350 miles and they look solid still. They still have tread on the bottom and no creasing. For $180, that's not selling me, yet.
