AM - easy run with strides with the dog before our OB appt. 4.14mi. easy w/ 4x short/quick bursts to get the heart rate/turn over up - 34:14 150xabs, lunge and squats wt.'ed, arms/shoulders - light wt. training something similar this evening depending on the baby situation PM - easy run around - Deaver/CR400/CR200 - 65 degrees and sunny 8.58 mi. - 1:09:21 Saucony Mirage's still feeling like there's some miles left them (well after 500 miles)
